I know this review is well overdue after posting the picture below on my Facebook page but here it is ! Before trying this for myself , I
had heard a lot of good things about the Benefit Fake-Up Concealer so was
excited to try this out ! You may wonder what is so different about this when
compared to other concealers ?
Well .. This claims to be
moisturizing yet doesn't crease ! This is a concealer stick but when you open
it up you will find a moisturizing ring with vitamin E and apple seed extract
with the concealer being in the middle ! The hydrating ring is said to give
immediate hydration for up to 6hrs and the concealing core is for hiding dark
circles , giving skin a smooth look and diffusing the light ! It claims to do
all this and not crease ! At first , I was skeptical as I have fine lines under
my right eye ( from bad sun damage ) which always seem to cause concealers to
crease ! I had convinced myself this would be the same but I couldn't have been
further from the truth ! The Fake-Up concealer glided on so smoothly giving me
instant coverage ! I instantly looked more awake as my under eye circles had
been erased ! I also tried this on blemishes and it worked just as good ! It
covered them and didn't leave that cakey concealer look ! There's nothing worse
than your concealer drying out spots and
making them look worse ! I wear this nearly everyday and it never creases or sinks
into lines ! It keeps my under eye area moisturized and looking fresh ! I now
swear by this and would recommend it to anyone with dry skin or with fine lines
in the under eye area ! This may be irrelevant to some but Benefit have the
nicest packaging ! It is so quirky and cute and this is no exception ! It is so
pretty and the size is very compatible to just pop in your purse or handbag !
The only downside to the Benefit Fake-Up Concealer is that it hasn't lasted me
very long ! I have only had it a bit more than a month and it is already near
the end but there is no doubt I will be repurchasing another ! This is
available in three shades ; Light , Medium and Dark ! I have the Medium ! You
